i returned for a few days and found the staff still excellent from check-in to checkout the room was super clean cleaned daily to a high standard the bed felt really comfortable the bathroom was super clean too. the hotel's location is in a busy area yet is very peaceful and quiet. it's only a short walk to many restaurants cafes and shops.

the coffee capsules were only provided on the first day and extra capsules required an additional charge.

breakfast offered enough options to start the day well i noticed fresh pastries available each morning and there was a selection of fruits as well as cereals and yogurt there seemed to be adequate choices for most tastes

the staff provided very helpful assistance with directions around the city the reception area felt cute offering assistance with luggage storage after check-out and the team members was genuinely committed to ensuring guests felt at ease. any questions i asked were answered quickly

i enjoyed the hotel's style and its convenient location i could reach everything easily the staff was lovely and kind they made my stay comfortable the clean room and wonderful breakfast made for a good start to each day the amazing rooftop was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring

i noticed some minor repairs are needed it did not impact my visit much the hotel meets needs well

I found the hotel easily accessible from the aerobus, a convenient aspect. the staff offered quick responses to messages before my arrival, which i appreciated. the whole team was genuinely helpful and friendly, so i felt welcome. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. It was super clean!

the keyring was a bit large and heavy, but it was a minor inconvenience.
